Who we are

Tokio Studio Srl(“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@tokiostudio.it.

What data we collect

Data you give us

When you contact us through the form, email or phone, we receive the information you choose to send — typically a name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We process this data on the legal basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Data collected automatically

Our hosting infrastructure logs basic technical information (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for a short period and are not used to profile you.

Marketing & analytics

If you accept marketing cookies in the banner, the following third-party services receive pseudonymous data about your visit to help us measure traffic and advertising effectiveness:

  • Google AnalyticsAggregated, pseudonymous usage analytics: which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, traffic sources.

If you reject, none of these services are loaded and no data is shared with them. See the Cookie Policy for details.

How long we keep it

Contact emails and form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of any subsequent business relationship plus the applicable legal retention period (typically up to 10 years for tax purposes). Server logs are rotated within 30 days. Cookie data follows the retention listed in the Cookie Policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers strictly needed to operate the site and our business: hosting, email, and — if you give consent — the analytics and advertising providers listed above. All providers act under written data processing agreements compliant with GDPR Art. 28.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (notably US-based services). Where this is the case, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, plus any additional safeguards required under the EDPB guidance.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to object to processing, and — for consent-based processing — to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email info@tokiostudio.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
